10 mg is 60 clicks if you make 45 clicks on the pen you have 7.5 mgguys 10mg mounjaro e5d killed my appetite. Cant finish my chicken breast only can take protein yoghurts or protein bars. Its too much - have anyone good method to use aprox 7.5mg from 10mg kwikpen ?
Yeah, sleep’s been really solid. Like deep, easy, no-issues sleep. I also switched from generic HGH to Sero, and if I remember right you’re into pharma HGH as well. How is sleep?
I switched from 15mg Tirz to Reta. I started at 2mg just to feel it out and make sure sides were manageable, then slowly worked up to 6mg. So far, so good.Does anyone have experience switching from 20mg tirz directly to retatrutide and what would be a good dosage?
There is a very small sub-set of the population that have such a reaction to GLP-1s. You would know very quickly if that was the case (lab results wise) so you would need to discontinue the medication. Is anyone here worried about pancreatitis? Recently in the UK news sources are claiming GLP-1 agonists can result in acute pancreatitis
Understood - so basically if you don’t experience this straight away you are good? There is a very small sub-set of the population that have such a reaction to GLP-1s. You would know very quickly if that was the case (lab results wise) so you would need to discontinue the medication.
Generally, yes. One of the main diagnostic requirements for pancreatitis is upper abdominal pain (you would notice this yourself straight away). Lab tests would then confirm it but the pain would be quite noticeable.Understood - so basically if you don’t experience this straight away you are good?
Perfect - thank you!Generally, yes. One of the main diagnostic requirements for pancreatitis is upper abdominal pain (you would notice this yourself straight away). Lab tests would then confirm it but the pain would be quite noticeable.
You do have to be a bit careful with alcohol while taking GLP-1s, but it mostly has to do with the potential combination of dehydration and low blood sugar levels.Perfect - thank you!
Reason I was getting worried is that whenever I have a couple of drinks on GLP-1s I get insanely nauseous and feel basically poisoned. So was worried that was some kind of damage. Must just be the interplay between the 2 (will obviously not drink on them again)
Be as healthy as possible, eat enough fats, do lots of cardio, don't rely on calorie restriction for extreme calorie deficits (1-2k+), and stay hydrated. Is anyone here worried about pancreatitis? Recently in the UK news sources are claiming GLP-1 agonists can result in acute pancreatitis

Fair - but for most body functions going below 1400 calories is not a great idea I think. Personally I prefer running lower dose GLPs, currently on 1mg of Reta and at a 700 kcal deficit which does the trickBe as healthy as possible, eat enough fats, do lots of cardio, don't rely on calorie restriction for extreme calorie deficits (1-2k+), and stay hydrated.
Calorie restriction is the main culprit imo, don't eat too little. If you can comfortably stay under 1k - 1,4k calories, your dose is too high.
All of this should ensure you don't have these issues.
I don't think that's true at all, pancreatitis in most cases is going to be a cumulative effect.
