Give me a workout

Fuck it, I am back, with the
Workout I always go back to since
1989 :D

A little modified...
Now it's only 10min
As opposed to 15 :D

It's the only workout that makes
My muscles feel like they are going
To disintegrate and gives me veins all over
And lines/veins down abs I never knew I had before ..

I think my penis is even getting bigger.. Maybe just harder ..
I don't have sex this is true, but I constantly wake
Up with an erection that could jack up a pickup truck..

Sometimes I wanna scream real loud
And jump around, for no reason..
 
I do my body in five days... Day 1, back, day 2, chest. Day 3, legs/abs. Day 4 shoulders. Day 5 Arms... I do abs like 3 days a week.. I rest one day. For back, I superset bent over rows and deadlifts, 5 reps each, (kills me). Along with the rest of my back workout..For bench, I have a spotter and on at least 3 sets, I go to fail plus 2 at like 6 reps on my own. Along with the rest of my chest workout.. My legs are trunks so they just need some squats and hams. I train my shoulders with many sets, many reps after hard presses and really heavy upright rows. Then I kill my arms on day 5... I am on cycle and I am up 20lbs on week 6 with no water retention. I have no idea if this is best for me but I can't imagine seeing better gains using 375mg test E, 150mg Primobolin and 20mg/day of d-bol. I was planning on 500mg test and 200mg primo but I wanted to see if I could hit my goal with less. My goal being 32 pounds in 10 weeks with only small increase in body fat.. I think I will. I think I lost body fat.
I have been pretty beat up and don't think I could have done this if I did not have so little else to do with my time like this summer. For the most part, I sit on my ass and rest when I am not working out. This way I can eat less and gain more. (food is expensive) The only other thing I do is ride my mountain bike about a mile a day.
