My last blood test showed lower levels. My HGB was 14.7(13.5-17.5) and HCT was 43.2(41-53). This was BEFORE I started HRT. I know endurance athletes try to get their HCT into the 50's for endurance purposes, but is a lower end number healthier than a higher end number?
