GJ BnC Log

Hi all,

As I mentioned in my new member introduction, I wanted to start a cycle log (currently in week 2) to help others who are researching cycles and assist with harm reduction. If I can learn a few things along the way from the members here that would be welcomed.

About me:
Hello

Cycle

Will be a 14 (possibly 16 depending on sides/results) week blast with a taper up and down

Weeks 1-2 – 250 mg, 375mg

Weeks 3-12 – 500 mg

Weeks 13-14 – 375mg, 250mg

Afterwards – TRT dosage at 140mg (not exact, basically ¾ cc of prescription test 200)

Adex throughout starting at .5mg e3d, increase/decrease as needed

Gear

TRT Prescription test 200 – 140-150mg max a week

Pharmacom (D) test 250

Pharmacom (D) adex

Pins – 20g to pull, 23g 1.5 and 25g 1 to rotate sites

Nutrition

Weekdays – Carbs < 30g, Protein 40%, Fat approximately 60%

Weekends – Carbs 40%, Protein 40%, Fat 20%

Calories – Adjusted on the fly based on body response, in general will range from 3,000 to 5,000

Training

Periodization format throughout the year with the majority of the phases focusing on hypertrophy and strength. I typically workout 4 days a week and do 20-25 minutes of light jogging (1.5 -2 miles) the other 3 days.

Labs

I will post my pre TRT panel and current test when I can. My most recent trough day test was 308 and 6.8 free. Going to see if my doctor will run a full panel mid cycle, but if not I will try to get it done out of pocket. I get my test checked about every 6-8 weeks and full panels twice a year unless I am showing symptoms that would be of concern.

Goals

Finish at 205lbs 10% or less body fat. Currently at 197 15% bf based on Durnin chart. I plan to approach this by focusing on lean gains and hopefully maintaining current weight but losing body fat until I hit 10%. Once I hit that or the mirror tells me I’m lean enough then I will increase calories gradually to start adding weight.

Any comments or advice is welcome. I’ll try to keep this updated on a weekly basis at minimum depending on my schedule.

Thanks
