Been lurking around for a while now and really appreciate everything I have learned already. Have frequented a few other boards but really like the openness and wealth of information here.
I have been lifting for about 4 years now and have been on TRT for two years. work out about 5 days a week, currently on 5/3/1 trying to add some strength.
