Hey everyone I'm new on here so let me tell you a little about myself. I'm 33, father, husband, and have own painting /drywall business and I'm a gym rat. I'm 5'11 185lbs I pretty much stay on test year round and add other things in throughout the year. At the moment I'm on 500mg susonon 500mg Decca a week and 50 mg liquid anadrol a day. I'm naturally skinny and have a high metabolism and I'm very active always on the go. My calorie intake is about 3500 but that's a rough estimate. My diet is not the cleanest I do strive to get as much protein in as I can tho. My diet is definitely my weak point I feel I should strive for 5000 calories a day I'd really like to be 210 lbs. So if anyone has any advice or good recipes I'd be glad to hear them. My training is 4 days a week chest, back, legs and shoulder s with arms. I use compound movements mostly 6-12 rep range every now and then I'll shake things up when I'm on some good pre workout and do a full body day. I'm here on meso to get good tips and info. I love lifting and everything that goes along with it.

Welcome to meso my fellow construction guy.
How long have you been taking test year round, ie cruising.
You should be able to get over 200 fairly quick.
What kind of bodyfat % you at now? What kind of weight are you lifting currently?
Since you are unsure of your kcal intake, maybe check out myfitnesspal.com to track those kcals for a few weeks and see what you are really at.

I've been on test consistently for about 2 years now. I find its easier to just stay on it rather than PCT and feel like crap. I usually cruise around 250 mg or so a week than throw in other stuff here and there and kick up the test. I'm. Not sure of my body fat but it's not a alot for sure. I just am always burning calories cause I never sit still. Lol. Currently my bench is 245 for 6, squat about 280-300 for 8 - 10 depending on how my back is feeling I do not squat and deadlift in the same week alternate weeks but deadlift is 405 for 5 but I usually rep 315 for 12 hopefully that gives you some kind of idea. I recently did download that app and plan on using it soon. Definitely gotta up my eating game do you have any easy high calorie recommendations?

My wife does most of the cooking, I'm guessing you can relate.
I do make my own chicken breasts, a pyrex pan full at a time.
preheat to 450, spice with whatever the wife has around, cook for 22 minutes.

Also do some shepards pie with ground turkey, oinions and carrots. cook up the meat and veggies, add some water than stir in some intsant taters.

I love my peanut butter too, 4000 kcals a jar from that stuff

Hell no! My wife can't cook Hahaha. I have to cook everything. it's time consuming too. But I can cook pretty good so im thinking of stuff like Shepards pie, chili stuff I can eat on for a few days. I tried chicken, rice , eggs, oatmeal but shit gets old. I need flavor. I do love peanut butter tho. Now just gotta think how to feed my family and my self and not break the bank. ☺

Considering the work you do and the gear you cruise and cycle, I'm 99% sure your diet is the limiting factor. Try 6000 calories a day.

Without the right diet you will make very little progress.
