GLP-1 and Oral halflife/onset change?

With one of the main functionalities of the GLP-1’s being slower gastric emptying, for lesser BG spike and better nutrient absorption.

I wonder if we know how much would that also impact medications half-life and on set actions in the body when consumed orally.

Anecdotally, i believe i feel a difference, so it might be significant enough, or maybe im just overthinking.

It's not a main functionality, but a transient effect.

Slows by approx 50% with the first dose, down to 0-10% by the 4th weekly dose.

Of course, 4 stable doses seems rare these days. with most UGL users switching to another GLP or mixing the latest GLP Reddit Recipe ™️ combo before
then.... lol
 
Been on reta for a 3 months and i definitely notice a difference. If i take meds, or something else it takes me like an hour longer than usual to feel effects kick in

What drugs are you taking, besides an analgesic and/or recreational drugs, that you feel them "kick in"?
