As almost everyone knows GHR’s/ Nordic hamstring curls really tear up your hamstrings good but most gyms don’t have the machine. I finally figured out how where to do it that has the proper ankle height..

The seated calf machine.

The back side of the seated calf raise machine has the perfect height bar across to lock your ankles down.

I would recommend if you have never done it, attach an elastic band and hold on to it. She will stretch and help you. The stiffness of the rubber of course pick up.
