Gluthianone home brew

Hey guys so see I decided to home brew gluthianone injections. Just had a few simple questions.

1. I have BAC water that has a 1% BA concentration, (0.9mg/ml). I don't have pure BA.

2. If I mix BAC water with distilled water, wouldn't that reduce the concentration of BA in this new mixture? Affecting the ability to stay sterile at this reduce BA concentration.

3. Does BAC water have to be further diluted at all to even be used?

4. What's the proper volume for an effective mix of 1% bac water and distilled water. For example 0.6ml of bac water per ml of distilled water

Thanks guys

So update on my plan for anyone else looking to do this.

Gluthianone is very unstable in solution with a short half life, found a few research articles on this. In powder form it's very stable which is why the prescription gluthianone injections are mixed at time of injection.

So what I'm going to do is measure out the appropriate powder weight and put it into a sterile vial and cap the vial with just the powder in it.

Then at the time of injection I'm going to draw up the correct amount of Saline water and flood the vital with the powder and create my solution.

Then in going to draw that solution up out of the vial once it's mixed and attach a 22um syringe filter to the end. Then I'm going to use a sterile syringe bridge that allows me to connect another syringe and basically fill from one into the other.

Im going to push the solution through the syringe filter into another syringe which I will eventually use to inject myself.

Materials used :
1x10ml vial
2x6ml syringes
Sterile bridge
Sterile syringe filter 0.22um

Gluthianone has a solubility of about 250mg/ml in water

Vitamin C (Absorbic Acid) has a solubility of about 330mg/ml water

So in each ml of Saline I will disolve 200mg of gluthianone and 320mg of vitamin c.

In 3ml of solution your dose would be 600mg of gluthianone and 960mg of vitamin C.

Im not sure how vitamin c and gluthianone behave together but I think I'll be okay. If it burns too much add a pH buffer

Thanks for the experience

The reason is it's frozen (Lyophilized) is for several reasons but one of the more important ones is to remove pyrogens.

You can't just freeze it at home, it's a process where you remove and separate the active compound from the rest.

If I recall correctly this has actually gone wrong with Glutathione injections before and the FDA was all over it. People started getting fevers etc.

This is a bad idea to do at home with regular Glutathione.

I see. So what if I didn't freeze it and just left it in powdered form and the reconstitution like the prescription version

Dont they have needles with filter built in, could you backfill this syringe and put the right amount of water or solution in an pin it that way? So each injection is filtered as you inject.

They probably do. But I wanted to see the filtered material in another syringe give it a visual check sort of

Just wanted to check in and see how you were doing with your homebrew idea.

Any luck?
