Question about cleaning/sterlizing beakers...

Want to make it easy as possible without having to heat them in my oven and shit. Can u just wipe them down with an alcohol pad then rinse with distilled water?

Also will 1 filter be enough to do 50ml? Im ordering more but just want to know if it will do 50ml.

Whatman .2 um pvdf, I could always get around 100ml through gso

You can yes. But buy extra filters cause they sometimes break.
Also I broke my syringe and cahlking gun my first brew so extras are key.

I rinse with mixture of alcohol and peroxide rinse with distilled water and dry upside down on clean cloth

I figured i can just place in on a hot stove top to dry it.

Ok so looks like most of my questions got answered. I feel pretty confident in being able to do this now.

Also on the powder weight..do i need to worry about displacement? If i want to make 50ml/100mg npp, i would just need 5gs of raw right or would it be underdosed cus of displacement?

Best bet is to top off in a graduated cylinder, that's close in size to the volume you plan to brew.

Otherwise, his calc is good too.

I ordered a 50ml graduated cylinder.

Cool. You can mix in raw, solvents and some oil in your beakers, saving back some oil to top off with. Then finish off in the cylinder

Beakers will take the heat

should i use 18g or 21g needles when filtering my brew? Gonna start next week.

as to create a clean enclosed environment.
Cheap, simple to use and effective (if everyting is properly cleaned, the bag inside will be more sterile than even pharma clean-rooms or hospital surgery rooms.

I'm using sterile sealed vials tho. Do i still need that?
