good 2nd cycle

Im new at this and looking for a good 2nd cycle .
Im about 6 weeks out from the cycle but want to get set for the upcoming cycle .
I thought about :
W. 1-12 test e 400 monday and Thu.
W 1-12 anavar 20 everyday
W 14 pct clomid 40/40/20/20
W 14 pct nolvadex 40/40/20/20
not trying to bulk ,looking for lean and cut .
 
what was your first cycle?

Also diet will determine whether you "cut or bulk", as well your workout. There are some compounds that people prefer for a certain use, but truth is you can cut or bulk on anything.

W 1-12 anavar 20 everyday Increase to 50-60mg and include in first 4-6wks or last 4-6wks.
W 14 pct clomid 40/40/20/20 75/50/50/50
W 14 pct nolvadex 40/40/20/20
not trying to bulk ,looking for lean and cut .

Dial in your diet to reflect your lean cut goals.
 
^^good tips. I missed the part about running Var all 12 weeks. Although it's mild, the longest I will really run an oral is 8weeks and I don't really recommend it. Besides running var that long at an effective dose would be quite expensive, and I think you will see diminishing returns unless you upped the dose halfway through. I would stick with the way Northen layed out personally

first cycle was weak for my understanding I just wanted to get my body used to putting something in there that kind of foreign for the most partalthough I know test isn't foreign but still kind of scary on your first round so. I pinned every Monday for the last 6 weeks. First week 200 Test c. Then I bumped to 300 every week.for 6 weeks. Just try to take it slow and simple for my first cycle

I think really you should treat this like a first cycle because your dosing was so low and didn't really stay elevated long enough to reap great rewards. 500mg/ test a week and a oral kickstart or finish is a solid first cycle. Winter is coming and I think a lot of guys will tell you to take advantage of your virgin receptors and BULK! You can keep your diet clean and AI protocol on point and keep it lean. This cycle could very well be some of the best gains you have ever had as long as you eat enough and train hard. Everyone's goals are different though but I think you will have more profound effects on body composition if you push your calories up and just do a little cardio 2x a week after strength training, then worry about burning the little bit of fat come spring ;)

Gains

Gains where satisfactory . I gained 10 lb and
cut some what . I was alittle over weight . I was 168 / 170 lb . Now im 180lb and looking
better . Im 5'6" tall . Short and stocky and I dont look fat or over weight .never have . I hope i keep what i got and build on it . im kind of wondering if i need a pct with my cycle sence it was at a low dose ? The biggest reason i went with just test c. Was that was all i could find . I need a good dependable way to order and rock this shit out lol. But finding a way to go is tuff .
 
No, no ! I was wondering if i needed to lol. And im on my last week of a 6 week cycle .when I first started my cycle ..... about that 2nd week I kinda had small headaches that seemed to go away if I just ate more . but now I fill great . Really no different than I did before I started .
any thoughts on no pct .

Get some shit on the way now....you MIGHT be okay, but you MIGHT not. Your dose was low but assuming it's real and not straight oil you are shutdown. PCT is more than keeping your gains, it's a matter of health and longevity. Guys used to not PCT, but with all the resources and science supporting the benefits it's really not an excuse anymore. Especially if you are already planning a cycle better get used to cycling as safely as possible

Im going to lol I was just wondering :) I think the test c was gp cyp . Supposed to be some good stuff . From what I understand . Same stuff the doctor would give ya .would
you know of a good band wagon to get on for a good quality supplement.
