This board has more action on it than all the other boards i've been on lately and i don't know if the scammers like this board or the guys here are on top of it all,but i like it. I may have to start updating my lists with lists from supps on this board. the only thing bad about this board is that i haven't been getting anything at home done,because i'm on here too damn much. I always tell myself that i am only going to look at a few new replys but i always get sucked in. It's a good thing,i took off work for a few weeks.

I agree entirely, like most the new format was a bit scarey at first, but its unbelieveable once you are used to it, lets all be very very grateful to the bros who put so much work in to get this site where it is
