Not much substance to this but for what it's worth I placed an order with essentialmedsupply.com and the fucked it up. They just flat out didn't send it. took my money and all of that, just didn't send anything. It was supposed to be mailed same day.
After two days of no activity I sent an email asking about the status of my order etc. They replied with an express shipment of my order, my shipping cost and a portion of my order refunded.
For what it's worth, good customer service when it went off slightly off the rails...
