what do u guys like?

Started adding ceyenne pepper garlic paprika and onion to chicken and Parmesan cheese I can eat like 2 lbs a this in a sitting now easy
 
I've been eating ground sirloin mixed with green peppers, jasmine rice, green beans, spinach, or tomatoes, and bone broth. 5x a day. 3.5lbs beef, 10 cups rice, 3-4 cans veggies and a couple pieces of fruit. Feel great and enjoy the food. I'm lucky because my wife preps it for me.
 
Yeah, the cheapest I can find the ground sirloin is $4.90lb. So like $18 a day. I do feel great though.
Whenever that shit goes on sale for $3.99lb I load up. Such a difference in quality and taste when you eat ground sirloin vs. ground beef.

Mustard and hot sauce is the staple for any and all animal protein in my life. Add some garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, tumeric, and im g2g.
 
I rotate between lean beef and chicken. I seriously don't need anything else, if you know how to cook'em you will never get bored of them they are tasty and quite healthy.

As far as snacks I also eat daily, lately, I have fallen in love with Arabic pie.

I use:
  1. Arabic Pie
  2. 45g Turkey
  3. 20g Cream Cheese
  4. 10g Tomato
  5. 5g Carrot
  6. 10g Lettuce
It's fairly macro balanced and with a mere total of 187 Kcal not to mention tasty as fuck.
 
I rotate between lean beef and chicken. I seriously don't need anything else, if you know how to cook'em you will never get bored of them they are tasty and quite healthy.

That looks good. I had Arabic potato salad when I was in Germany. It didnt have mayo in it, maybe vinegar and oil? I didnt watch her make it but I ate all of it. It had eggs, tomatoes, and a few other things too.

Been eating boneless/skinless chicken thighs over breast meat lately. Way more flavor, tender and just slightly higher in fat content.
Sliced and baked sweet potatoes with light seasoning. Cooked cabbage with turkey bacon mixed in.
I also love me some Parmesan cheese!

That sounds great. Ill fill the grill with chicken, after cooking my weekend steak. Ill eat some of the grilled chicken daily until gone. I keep an eye out for whats on sale, legs, thighs much cheaper and more taste than breast. Ill even take time to cut up a whole bird.
I like my crock pot too, my favorite is a pork roast, some bacon, brown sugar and bag of kraut.

Sure, it's actually ground up sirloin steak whereas ground beef is ground up cow, lips to asshole. I think ground sirloin is 10% fat and ground beef is 30%.
 
Fage yogurt with some frozen mixed berries. I go through a 35oz tub everyday. Stupid high in protein as well. I think like 23 grams a cup
 
Rice, ground beef, mix up with medium salsa and some Romano cheese! Something different I through together one day and loved it.
 
Don't eat the same stuff every day people! Variety is what is key, get different colored veggies, fruits, different sources of proteins, carbs and fats.

In my opinion.
