It has come to my attention that I should probably be eating something in the mornings lol... Right now, I’m trying find a way that works well for me and my busy (and typically hectic) schedule.

Usually in the mornings, I don’t have much time to do anything besides get my family and I ready to head out the door… let alone, cook. I know it’s all about time management and dedication but do you have any advice about eating nutritionally while being pressed for time?

Well, I have been in your shoes Bro. Depends on your pocket book or budget and how much time you can sacrafice. Do you have time at night to pre-boil eggs? If so, boil you about a dozen eggs and let them cool in the fridge, or peel them and have them ready to eat soon as you wake up. Eat about 6, but only eat about two or three yokes. The yokes have the fat as we all no. If you don't like eggs you can buy pre-made protein shakes at Wal-mart for a decent price. They also hav ethe adkins drinks that are pretty healthy with a good amount of protein in them. EAS has some decent ones at well. Also, I used to go through McDonalds and just get three orders of eggs when I didn't have anything. You have to be disciplined and not get a meal deal though. Another option is bars, you can buy some good south beach bars, or eas, adkins bars that aren't to high in sugar etc. Detour has good bars as well.

You may prob already know this, but this is some things I used to do back home before I started overseas contracting.

Good luck bro
