Good Training Advise

I want to say thanks to everyone who gave me some training advise. I started doing heavy rows , heavy presses ect.. and my arms have grown .1/4 inch in the last couple of weeks. my bicep are still playing catch up. but my tricep how grown really good. I am happy thus far with results thanks again.
 
I can't remember if I was one of them that offered it. But I'll chime in here so that others see this and realize the knowledge contained in the bible of basics, that is this training board and its stickies!

Glad things are going well. Also, the arm is 2/3 tricep anyway. Biceps only impress other men and raise your center of gravity. So long as they can still get the fork to your mouth, they are big enough!
