Now what? I am coming off a Test/Eq cycle but I am already planning ahead. Planning on taking primo 300mg/week. What else should I add to gain some lean mass without bloat or fat gain? LMK

Test Cyp @ 500mg per week for weeks 1-10
Primo @ 300mg per week for weeks 1-10
Winstrol @ 100mg ED(oral)ED for weeks 1-5
Masteron @ 150mg EOD for weeks 6-10

That should add solid lean mass, and vascularity, while helping boost your strength through the roof.

i personally feel that running less than 800mg/wk of primo is pretty much a waste. using 200mg/wk is a good bridge/anti catabolic dose. so you'd have to use 8 of those primos each week. but you only have enough for 3 weeks. and 3 weeks of primo wont do diddly. it needs to be run for a good 10-12 weeks.

save it for a bridge, or when dieting for sparing muscle.
