A mixer was probably the best investment I made with brewing... Makes literally every batch easier, and you can get away with no heat for virtually everything.

@JetsFan @Navysquid its certainly an option. Capping is a little monotonous but I like it better than suspensions/solutions. I find it easier to just pop a cap and be done with it. Especially if I’m taking things when I’m not at home.

That sh-2 version seems to be available under multiple brand names. And folks seem to be happy with them. Hard to beat for the price. I've seen them for pretty close to $50 and up over $100.
