Did you get a justice officer of some kind? Be worth expressing your concern with not being able to access trt whilst you're there and the side-effects that brings.
Maybe that would work with the test U. It can get pretty stressful in there sometimes and might not want to have your hormones going up and down too much. Just a thought.
Also, for food. You should be able to put money in an account or have someone do it for you. Then you can have access to extra things, like more food etc.

Clearly you weren't sentenced yet, and you still haven't been. Or you'd have a clear answer of what your facing. You jumped the gun making this post. You haven't been sentenced

In 2 weeks i am changing courts. I was able to go to the next court up and challenge the DA. So me and my lawyer are going to january so if i dont get a better hearing after this change in court, i can do the jail time during the winter. I just hope they dont make it worse, whicb i would think it would get better.


I am not sure what you mean by sentenced.
But i made this post to be prepared. And to see what is needed. I may not got jail at all,now that i was told we can bring it to the next higher up court system to fight my case more. So i have til jan to get prepared for all thats needed just in case. Cause i didnt take the deal they gave. Just getting my ducks in a row. I am relieved for the moment. As this wasnt an option right away, because if we did this they were going to making the sentencing worse.

Minimum sentencing guidelines are set up to make the process uniform and it doesn't matter what the judge wants to do as far as getting less time.

There is no mandatory senstencing, trying to get something like community service as times served. I did rehad and outptient and will complete by this time. The. Ill be working too. I would volunteer too if it helps. I totally agree with all your isight. Its sad

It was set up for the very purpose of social exclusion, to banish you from mainstream society.....not that this is such a bad thing because mainstream society is made up of mainstream people and mainstream Americans are completely and totally fucked up assholes.

There's a blessing and curse when it comes to this process of ostracism. In one sense one could look at it as tragic, not being able to socialize in the company of your average elitist fellow dickhead, but then you realize what self righteous pretentious pricks these people are and you are only doing yourself a service if you can live without having to be in the company of such people.

If I was put in charge of this country the first thing I would immediately order is the total destruction of all digital record keeping. So the 4 months incarceration was just a plea deal that the prosecution offered?

That was the plea deal for one court, but i have the option to go to the main courthouse, as this was going to be resolved in my towns court, because i have a town court for some weird reason.

So i have a chance one more time. To not get jail by taking to “supreme court”. Because i did not feel it was a fair outcome
