Got scammed from bgpharma?

Yo everyone, made an order 15 days ago, paid but got only the auto reply, from then no updates and they don't answer emails.

I was reading that their customer support is very bad, but this sucks.

Plus, one small tip: "scammer" is a pretty serious accusation around here

Slow or poor comms does not mean scammer, and as you've read, BG comms are short and to the point; he doesn't hold your hand → send money, wait for pack to land, keep your impatience to yourself (because impatience is all it seems to be at this point)

His communication can be poor. That being said, I have yet to hear of him ripping anyone off. Like was stated, need to be sensitive throwing around the scammer word.
