GotPep - Test Deca Tbol

Alright just to catch up-

Pinned Monday this week and this morning. Monday was 1.5 deca and 1.5 test into the quad. Thurs was 1.5. Deca into the quad.

Originally I broke it up that way just in case I wanted to add in an extra 1ml of test today if I noticed ed symptoms.

So far there are none, i fact my libido is up from the last few weeks. I expect deca dick could surface later in the cycle so I will keep watching it.

Next week I will pin the same days, but split 1.5 deca and .75 test on each day.

If I use a smaller muscle group, pectoral or delt, I will pin using a 28g slin.

For quads ill be using 25g 1".

Today is my day off so I will log my entire diet. I use an app that will auto calculate and total nutrition content so expect the final post later tonight.

Until then I will be stuffing my face!

Not sure if this is the culprit or not, but my back has been killing me! Started as a lower back pump and now it is just an overall soreness.

I did do back Monday and I will train shoulders today, so hopefully getting that blood and stretch to it will help.

Anyone running tbol getting a similar feel?
 
I ran PEP's TestE and ND enjoyed it very much! My body weight went from 230 to 245 in 10 weeks running Test@600 and ND@500. Definitely had some water weight in that number. After 10 weeks I switched to TestP/NPP and the water weight came off, weight is now 238-240. Very good combo! Good luck 1-4.

If you dedide to start TRT I can hook you up with my TRT doc who is also a competitive bodybuilder. He is very aggressive in his TRT protocol.

Today's diet-

This is a full log of what I ate today. I came in short of my planned protein. Typically I am up around 7:30am, which gives me plenty of time to pack in an extra protein shake before breakfast.

But that's why we log right! Your opportunities are laid out in front of you!

Total calories - 4145
Total carbs - 553
Total protein - 195

Breakfast
5 servings oatmeal
16oz milk

Lunch
6 oz flank steak
2 cups stir fry
2 cups jasmine rice

Snack
2 scoops whey
16 oz milk
2 yogurts

Dinner
1 sausage
3 cups vegetables
2 cups pasta
1.5 cups pasta sauce
1.5 cups honey bunches of oats
24 oz milk

Overall, I felt really good about the types of food, I could easily throw in a burger or something in there. I tend to eat healthy to avoid having to run a full cycle dedicated to losing unnecessary weight.

I won't log my diet everyday but it will consist of the same items with the meats subbed with tuna or chicken, the starch always pasta or rice.

I love McDs and will occasionally grab some cheat food if I am not home, but I really drive myself to pack a lunch everyday.

To me that's a lot of carbs.. The only problem for you with those carbs is they're filling yo ass up!!

Throw in 5 cans of tuna on top of that spread throughout the day and you'll be over 300g protein. Gotta eat PROTEIN!!

I felt the same way!

Man rice is a bitch, you don't get much cals, and you can't eat for another three hours because your so stuffed.

I did run out and grab tuna from sams club!

Let me do a swappy swap today! I will let you know how it feels!
 
1-4 are you running any caber or prami? Are you getting any sides from the deca yet?


No sides yet and I am gonna start prami soon. Thought about caber, but it seems really difficult to find a legit source. It's pretty pricy too, and the research cem sites really only have it in liquid which doesn't keep very well.

Any suggestions?
 
My buddy used a place called alldaychemest.
I looked them up seems good never tryed it deff wont to .
Have you ever used it before and what was your outlook on it.

Sorry bro, I dont have any suggestions. lol. I was keeping up with your log and I'm thinking about running the same stuff on my next cycle.

Where did you get prami from? I dont think PEP has them and im trying to find a source myself. Are you still running Aromasin and Novaldex on your cycle?
 
Good prami from reliablerx, sun pharma.. Still a tad nauseated every night when I wake up even months later!

GH sides and of course great libido and gyno control!
 
Alldaychemist is same as reliable, one of them is cheaper tho not sure which.

A couple guys I know swear by the caber at evolvedrs

How's the tbol 1-4


Alright guys,

Sorry I was a bit MIA the past few days. I will be sure to post more frequently.

This week has been great for a first week! I weighed in just now at 182 which is not too shabby. But the scale fluctuates a ton for me so let's sideline that for a sec and talk about the tbol!

I ran British Dragon Dianabol from naps last cycle and loved the pumps but hated the estro sides.

However tbol has been a completely different beast!

I have muscle pumps all day long, back and bis actually sore from it. Vascularity is up as well, however haven't noticed much strength gains.

I have noticed an increased focus during my workouts, maybe a slight bit more endurance.

All and all, I am really considering grabbing more tbol and taking it out to 6 weeks. Everywhere that I read says it's slow acting for mass, and I am looking nice right now, so I would love to see how it works when the deca starts to kick in more.
