Fellow meso members:

I been on the board since may and I have soaked up alot. I plan on starting my 1st cycle within a month. I am 30 6'1 251. I just came off a 4 year break and been training religiously since may. I had my blood tests done showing that my test levels are real LOW 289. That would explain why I can't get rid of the excess fat and muscle memory hasn't been serving me real well. I figured I would gain quickly as this isn't my first time around. Im pretty sure my low test levels are fuckin up my progress that's why I wanted to start pinning. My natural strength has always been there and I quickly got my bench up to 315 easily. The same with the squat as I quickly worked back to reps with 315. Problem is my recovery sucks and that stubborn ass belly fat!

It may be beneficial to try to go on a cut to burn off as much of the bodyfat as possible before you jump on. First cycle will you be bulking?
 
Nice you look good man and look at the size of those mitts! Good base to start you should run a log can't wait to see how you make out. You play any college ball?
 
Since I been test deficient for quite a while I'm thinking the 500mg/week should fuckin wreak havoc on my system! Should swell up in no time. When I was younger it seemed like gains were effortless and I never had much fat till now:(
 
Im just planning test at 500mg/week for 12 weeks. Im also considering using smaller dosages post cycle( 120mg) to maintain cause my naturAl levels suck. What do you guys think about that? Also gonna try picking up some arimedex or aromosin depending on what the source sells. No lvadex for pct is in my plans. All in all pretty basic stuff but I'm very excited to log it here. Just taking my time don't wanna get burned!
 
I personally don't like cruising and blasting. You are still pretty young, and you run the risk of permanently shutting down all test production if you go that route. There are some supplement options that are scientifically proven to raise natural test while off cycle. You might even ask our own Dr. in the PCT forum for some OCT advice.

I love test btw, your post is refreshing because normally I see first cycle advice and they want to run 3-4 compounds, which I would advise against.

One thing to note about 500mg per week, it's a good range, but the recovery time in between workouts is still closer to normal (at least it is for me). So, plan your workouts accordingly (unless you naturally recover fast, which I doubt since your natural test levels are lowish), as doing double sets per week (chest 2x a week, legs 2x a week, etc) will be much harder to accomplish; that is, unless you eat very clean, and have lots of time to rest.

BTW what are you planning for diet and regimen?

Well I figure my natty levels are horrid so whats the difference anyway? The trt clinic wanted to hook me up with cyp inj anyway. What im afraid of and I know from experience is I dont feel or look like I used to. Plain and simple and the only thing that's changed from then till now is the drastic drop in natural t levels. As far as diet goes my appetite has always been ridiculous and its not so much can I eat enough....but rather I abstaining. I eat roughly 250-300 gram of protein everyday. I try to moderate carbs cause of my fat accumulation.

My training favors mentzer heavy duty style and I built my best body ever on that program but currently I switch it up to help with recoup time. I physically train 4x per week and try to do absolutely on non training days
 
During my 1st cycle I plan on eating like a horse even more than now. I dont as much count calories but from my daily food journal I think im about 4000. Hoping to take in more when "on".
 
So I just placed my 1st order.A bit nervous. Ill let you guys know if / when it arrives. I also been wondering @4leafclover what could I expect going up to 750mg? They say bigger guys/bigger doses. Im naturally big I think I could benefit from weekly pins of 750. I bought enough vials to pin with 750 for 12 weeks
 
Bro, your frame is killer. You will do well with a TRT dose of 300mg a week. If you want to do more, 500mg is a good weekly dose. If you are using Cyp or E, maybe front-load with 1000mg or 750mg for the first week or two.
 
Thanks! As to your other point 300 mg is hardly a trt range dose. I wanna hit it hard and the threshold seems to be 750 mg. I know how to put muscle on and I wanna see the difference with test in my system. At first 500 seemed reasonable but I'm definitely leaning toward 750. And yes ill only be using test e. Also with my order I should be receiving var as a promo bonus , perhaps I can include in the cycle some how.
