You have a very good frame. You would look pretty damn solid if you were to lean up. Maybe stick to the bulk into the cold season now. Whether you do trt or not its your decision. But certainly look into a cut into next year its beginning. You would look very solid.

My low t is to blame. Im naturally very lean. 230 ish. I noticed in my mid 20's my t levels dropped for no reason and completely changed my body composition. Btw thanks for your input
 
750 is fine, generally I suffer no gyno symptoms at that level (each person will vary though). That is the upper range for a 1st time user however, especially if your test is legit. Anavar is very mild, so you could stack it with (well for sides it's mild) your test. I personally love orals to kick start my cycle, and anavar is much easier on the liver (but dbol and winny are my favorites). Get some liv support and milk thistle though, because both compounds do run through the liver (test on a 2ndary pass).

BTW for a first time user, 500 mg will do wonders. And I don't know about the being bigger you need more, you are talking miniscule amounts of actual test to start with in comparison to your body weight, it has more to do with receptors available in the body to make use of the test. Along with lots of sleep and proper eating, nutrition.

4k calories is what Arnold ate while bulking, so if you are eating 4k calories already you should be fine with that amount. Since you weigh 250, try to get 250 grams of protein a day. You should map out your calories just to be sure. 4k calories looks like this for me (well its 3,900).

Breakfast
4 eggs (whole)
2x bacon
2x Ezekiel bread no butter

Snack
2 scoops mass gainer (480 calories)

Lunch
12 ounces of tuna
2 cups veggies
6 oz nuts

Post Workout
2 scoops mass gainer after workout

12 ounces chicken
2 cups of veggies
1 potato
1 cup brown rice

2 cups cottage cheese
6 oz nuts

I eat 4k now, but I'm quite a bit smaller than 250, and I put on fat during my bulking cycles as a result. And for the most part I eat very clean, I have 1 cheat day a week, and sometimes I cheat extra for various reasons. But generally I eat the above, sometimes I switch out tuna for steaks.
 
I wouldn't think 250 g protein would be adequate maybe for natty but I'm gonna shoot for 350 as my 1st experiment with aas. I plan on throwing milk in with nearly every meal to push the intake as high as I can get. Im no stranger to the dinner bell and I can rough any diet out. I got that down pretty good over the years. :)
 
Well I plan on blood tests to ensure the product I'm getting is good or not and I will post them here. As far as anavar goes I may just run that some other time. Im really looking for a true baseline study with my 1st cycle. I also been reading that its not always the best idea to use a.i's until you experience symptoms. That makes sense to me and ill have arimedex on hand just in case.
 
All you need to be is in a surplus. Just because you currently eat a lot now, doesn't mean your body can process all of the protein :D

Just look for the signs that your in a surplus with protein. Your shit softens, farts and shit smell horrendous. And you should be putting on a tiny amount of fat.

1g per pound is what Arnnie recommends, and we all know he was a fan of the AAS.
 
On cycle I hardly use any AI, a lot of folks here run them religiously during their cycles. During most cycles I use 2-4 pills of adex total (that's for 18 weeks), I run anywhere between 500-1k test a week, along with an oral, and another compound. I also run prop at the end of every cycle, most of the time if I have to use an AI it's when both compounds kick in, and the oral is running, sometimes I don't have to at all.

From the research I've seen, if you want bulk don't run the AI unless you have to, if you are cutting then run the AI because it will reduce water weight. LOL I still don't run them when I'm cutting, because I retain very little water thanks to my job...

I zero'd my E once on an oral only cycle, this was before I met my coach, man I was miserable. I felt like sleeping 18 hours a day, and I was moody as hell.

good plan. protein is the only thing that builds muscles. don't be scared to consume plenty of fat either.
 
Thanks! As to your other point 300 mg is hardly a trt range dose. I wanna hit it hard and the threshold seems to be 750 mg. I know how to put muscle on and I wanna see the difference with test in my system. At first 500 seemed reasonable but I'm definitely leaning toward 750. And yes ill only be using test e. Also with my order I should be receiving var as a promo bonus , perhaps I can include in the cycle some how.



500mg is just someones opinion on what a weekly dose should start at. nothing is set in stone and 500mg is just dogma being spread around, no facts to it.
