Well my good meso brothers, I HIT MY 1ST GOAL OF MY CYCLE. I SQUATTED 405 TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME.

As such with everything I do full range of motion past parallel. A true 405!

That made my day!!!

I turned my rifle in to the armory a few years ago. My callous hands have moved on to other things. It is YOU who we are thank ful for. Your the newest generation of veterans! I gotta say I really can't wait to finish my E.C. run. Pip sucks!

It s improved alot with the filter but still quite unpleasant. I don't want to bake the gear for fear of it crashing so I just deal with it.

My wife shot me in the right glute last night and it's notted like a mother fucker today. I been doing strictly quads and once delts but I wanna reintroduce glutes to the rotation.

When my stash is gone im done with E.C. I just hope the blood work shows up in my favor cuz if I been pinning this shit and dealing with the pain for naught I'll be pissed
 
Congrats on the 405 squat!! That was a big landmark for me as well. Nothing makes you feel strong like slapping 4 plates on each side and squatting like an ox!!

I always make sure to get below parrallel and sometimes I try to "hit the floor" as I call it. When my hamstrings practically touch my calves! Makes those pussy's who do the little half squats look like bitch's! Awww good times :D

I emailed EC. back and forth a little. They said that apricot oil is used. That's a pretty strange oil to use considering most ugl pack with grape seed or cotton seed. Thank god for the filter tho. I haven't had one bad reaction since I started using it. I communicate back and forth with another member here at meso who's running E.C. deca he has no pip so maybe it's just me idk. Regardless I'm not going this route again
 
Im gonna start introducing random rest days in to the mix. I took today off and I was able to get 9 hrs in last night. Whew I feel ALOT better. Usually by the end of the week I'm running on courage alone which works but im starting to see signs of my body saying take a rest STUPID. So I'm thinking 2 on 1 off or maybe 3 on 1 off.
 
Like I said Bro, gotta get that rest! I do a 5 on 1 off and towards days 4 - 5 I'm draggin ass. But IMO I would try to stay with your 6 on 1 off. Or even step it up and try going 7 days a week (that's were I'm at when on cycle). But Sleep is VERY important.

But working/family guys like us sometimes don't get that luxury.
 
Back day today.

I like to start with barbell upright rows then to seated cable rows then to cable close grip pulldowns then to pullover with a 25 lb plate. 4sets of each.

I switched it up today. Lowered the weight and went for roughly 1.5 min. Under full tension for each set. Pinch, flex and hold on each full contraction until you can't stand the pain any more. It's important to recognize that heavy weights have their role in a proper bodybuilding routine. ..but so does light weight and the pump.

My traps and shoulder structure is just BLOWNIN the fuck up. I look like a cobra ready to strike. Before long im gonna be like Brock Lesnar with upper back development like this lol. Did I tell you guys I love gear?

Another great aspect of back day is it trains my grip and it's an awesome forearm development tool. I invert my wrists inward so when my grip goes it weakens to a neutral position. White knuckle death grip son
 
a pump measurement isn't cheating if everyone else uses that as the norm for size. regardless either your 1/2" smaller without a pump or 1/2" bigger with a pump. kinda like saying it is cheating if you are taking AAS. that is hog wash too, cause you still have to eat like a beast, train like a beast to get results. you do not get anything out of AAS if you sit on the couch. AAS just puts your body into a perfect state to grow muscle if you train, and eat.
 
Im truthful in all my measurements and lifts. If I say im 18" im 18" walking around cold in everyday situations. Not 18.5" only for an hour or two. Same with my lifts, full reps only count anything less makes you a liar
 
lol on lifts yes, but I would know your cold measurement or your pumped measurement either way. 1/2" difference either way. why do you see the BB always lifting light weight back stage? to keep the pump look going until they are done with they're routine. nature of the beast.

Im not thrilled with 18" arms I knew I wouldn't be. Ill see what 19s look like and get back to you guys. They do look pretty sweet when im workin out tho
