Im not thrilled with 18" arms I knew I wouldn't be. Ill see what 19s look like and get back to you guys. They do look pretty sweet when im workin out tho

Work at getting them up a bit to 19'' and work on some mind blowing definition in them.. that will make them stand out more.. . IMO. . also the front Delt adds the appearance of size, so dont ignore them miltary presses.. good work thus far.. I know that high T for the first time aint nothing like it. I know a little Ma and Pa store where I sometimes shop and the owner was a competitive BBer for 20 years, he like 60 now.. THis is back when AAS and Growth were legal, and he has always been Natty. congrats to him, but i feel sorry for all those incredible pumps he missed.

Since the test is full throttle now ill grind my way toward 19's should make some nice head way. Definition will come after my cycle when I plan a recomp. Right now im adding as much mass as possible, I'd like to reach 275 before the end. I always like the bulky look better like arnold in the off season and what not. However I do need a recomp. I have no idea what my bf percentage is at maybe some body could tell by lookin at my pics. I would be quite ripped at 240ish I think. Right now my stomach is flatt-ish but no visible abs.

As far as shoulders go honestly I dont do any pressing movements with them directly cuz they are so dominant. There's already an imbalance in my shoulders compared to the rest of my upper body. I do upright rows that's about it but I focus more on the traps when I do em. My barbell military style press is more than my bench so ya know I stay away. They grow too fast. I do however like side laterals alot to develop that width. And rear laterals to give me a rounded look.
 
to get pre and post blood work done use privatelabs.. .and to get mid bloods done with a Total Testorone value, not just 1500+ , Go with Labsmd..

privatelabs, is like ten bucks cheaper.. there is a way to get Total T with them but its more expensive, i think its 72.99 with LabsMD for TT.. on the female hormone panel, and mabye 62 at private for their basic female panel
 
Congrats on the 18" guns buddy!! Just keep bulking up. Once you hit 19" you can lean down in the spring and get all cut up! You may not be happy with the 18" now but if you had a lean cut 18" you might change your mind... ;)
 
Get a whatman filter. Its helped me tremendously. Im determined to use it despite the pain. Also try quads that seems to be the best site for the least pip that I've tried.
 
What's the best way to minimize oil loss? Only use the filter when drawing, then draw up a bit of air to suck all the oil sitting in the filter before switching needles?

You can suck the rest out when you pull out of the vial. Put the needle cap back on which creates a vacuum and you can pull that plunger back all the way. You can get most of it out.

It says to use one filter for one vial then replace but im about to go on my 3rd vial on the same filter. Still works great, not bad for $5.50.

That crippling pip went away like your gettin. Now its at least 50-70 percent less
 
Well I just paid for my labsmd female hormone panel. I looked it over and I'm sure I got the right one. I don't think there's an appointment. im gonna shoot for this Wednesday cuz my next pin is Tuesday after work. we'll see I gotta try for a 24 he window which will be tricky with my work schedule. Such a pain in the ass!!

But I been dying to find out if this shit is properly dosed so I need to get it done
 
Just left the gym, leg day. Absolute miserable failure...

Wasn't feelin it. I had no drive today. Hate when that happens.

I resorted to leg ext till I couldn't walk.

The squats broke me today
 
On a side note. Im having a REALLY hard time being flexible these last couple weeks. I can't reach around to wash my back any more lol. When my wife is around I have her do it for me. You guys ever have this problem? I've added alot of mass which is obvious. I wonder how guys like pros get around obstacles like that. This really is very hard:D

I can't reach around to clean my back either. my wife keeps threatening to buy a back scrubber, but I won't let her lol rumor had it Greg Kovacs had to have his wife wipe his ass he was so big. he was close to 400lbs if he wasn't.

Make sure to keep stretching man, every day. You can use some resistance bands too to warm up. Stretching helps circulation and increase blood flow to the muscles so I believe it also helps stimulate the tissue growth after heavy resistance training breaks it down. but...maybe I'm just making shit up in my head
