And the 4 labmax tests I did on them? Everyone of them barely registered any fluorescence. It's the whole reason I sent the amp off for testing. I'm not saying you sell nothing but garbage counterfeit amps. What I'm saying is somehow I ended up with them. Just as you say I shouldn't trust the test conducted because I didn't do it, can you trust the shipper? You didn't ship them correct? How can you be sure someone in the chain isn't doing this randomly? Instead of easily correcting an issue a customer has, you resort to basically calling me naive as if I've been had by a testing conspiracy. All I asked for was replacement with a KNOWN quality product so I can ensure I'm not injecting myself with a suspect product. I don't think that is too much to ask for. If the shoe was on the other foot, you'd expect the same, no? So I ask, are you going to rectify my situation or continue to mark me as some sort of village idiot, that can't distinguish colors.
