I really don't know how this has gone from Norma amps "Possibly" being fake to brewing procedures bro? Come on man there have been way to many satisfied customers of GR for that kinda crap. I myself have placed an order with these guys and Im giving them a chance. Didn't get a discount didn't ask for one either! I will say this however, I "Don't" believe for one minute that each and every lab that comes to this site is out to fuck everybody here....Just saying!!

I don't think Gr brewed their own gears... The lines they carried are actually quite common in the european sources, and the fact that they don't collect money and run actually shows that they are much better than the other scamming sources.
If there are really sterile problem, it's definitely lies with those labs providing the gear lines, and what we can fault Gr is their source control problem... And all these we can't simply put it on Custom's account. What he can do is just feedback to Gr there's problem with their source lines and action were to be decided by Gr eventually. If really all turns out to be bunk, it can only show Gr is a fuckup reseller. Custom had done his part. I think should resolve these amicably.

I know what we are up against bro...you don't think the minute that when they posted here I wasn't checking them out? They have been around for a hot minute with no bad reviews. I understand the issue with the amps that is something that they will have to look into, but that doesnt deserve a sterility debate. That would be a debate about his supplier and him needing to look into some things. Not just on these board but in my career. I live and breath customer service. When I repped for another company that got busted leaving customers without their gear it's me that gave them all the gear out of my own personal supply. Mind you, it was gear that I had purchased with my money. I never received any comp order bc the source got busted before I could get anything. I only repped for about 2 weeks and I helped everyone out of my own pocket. I also worked with other sources I had a relationship with getting them discounts and promos. When I started repping for Gr I even asked him "hey man, I still wanna make some things right with some customers of my last source that got burned" and he gave me gear and discounts for them as well. I busted my ass for them and didn't have too. I did it bc it was the right thing to do. You obviously haven't done your homework. I love helping people man. I really do. So yes...I have their backs 100%.

I turned out at the same time is because i'm searching for info on Gr after seeing them in ASF and decided to give them a go... Reasons are the reps are responsive and there aint any chances i will not be receiving my gear (fake or real) after paying... Only with the gear then can i find out if they are legit. As i said, me not from the States, can't be ordering from yr proven sources, and i doubt they will entertain me.. There are so much international sources out there. Surely there are legit ones... But i must try to find out.
