I would suggest medlabsupply if cost is not an issue. I personally use mct but not from medlabsupply

Some people prefer USP oils as it is already been sterilized and filtered. I tend to prefer that for a little extra peace of mind even though i will refilter the finished product, and the price is not that much more. But i have used store bought as well. All depends on ones comfort zone as i see it.

Usp grade products are usually more refined. They contain less byproducts like heavy metal and such.

I have considered switching a few times, but I have heard that MCT can dissolve the rubber stopper on the plunger if you preload your syringes for the week. Any truth to that claim?

I've used my gear (Miglyol 840 carrier which is a derivative of MCT and said to dissolve rubber stoppers) and used one vial for 6 weeks. I always turned the vial upside down to draw the solution out with a syringe and never had the problem of rubber dissolving.

But if you are unsure you can always buy some MCT and preload your syringe with it to test that claim.
