Welcome to Meso.New guy here. Just turned 50 and have a few years of training under my belt. I gotta be honest...I spend most of my time lurking on OGH'S What Are You Eating Now thread...Good stuff there! Saying that I hope to learn a few new things and hopefully contribute in some way
There is definetly some good looking plates there! Right now I'm running 350 mgs Sust every three days along with 300 mgs Masteron every three days. Doing three days no carbs and one day re-carbing. Diet consists of 18 eggwhites split up twice/day, and three boneless chicken breasts along with all the broccoli I can eat. 5'8" 190 lbs. body fat running around 8-10%Welcome buddy. I try to stay out of OGH's food thread..... Makes me hungry. And all of a sudden my food looks like shit compared to some dishes on there haha.
Any stats? Goals? Cycling or plans too?

The only reason i'm torturing myself with this diet is a carribean cruise coming up in April5'8" myself (well 5'7" but it's the internet so I always sneak in an extra inch). Got some meat on your there then pal 190 @ 10% are nice stats for our height
I am currently 205 @ 15% this year I am gonna get down to 10-12%

Thanks brother you tooYup, that's me. It's nearly a year old now, like I said am around 15% that's why the vest is on haha.... When I get lower I will update haha. Good luck
