Hello all,

I have been lurking on this board for about a year now and figured I should go ahead and make an account. First of all, thanks for all of the great information! I am a big proponent of negating "bro science" and have found TONS of amazing and cited material here.

A little bit about me, I have been working out for a few years but have only been very serious for 1. I am finishing up a doctorate degree, and after 9 years of working full time and going to school I am finally ready for some "me time", so to speak ;). I have told myself for years that after the onslaught of school I would finally bulk up, and here I am.

I am 6'2", 190 lbs, age 28, and have always been on the thin but athletic side. I have a very strict diet, eating extremely well with careful planning of macro nutrients. Over the last year I have rotated through a few 8-10 week muscle mass programs and have gained about 30 pounds. I have not tested my body fat, but I would assume it is reasonable.

Im still in the planning stages with no defined timeline for pinning, but you will likely see some activity over the coming weeks and months as I prepare.

Sometimes life gets in the way of our training goals. Sounds like you are deserving of some me time now. Welcome to mesorx.
