Take care of yourself brother. I can take an extra day or two of waiting for a response. Don't push so hard that you are out for a longer period of time.

I do have a stupid ( noob) question: First time using 1ml Test depot vials. Having hard time snapping the tops off. Do i ned a tool or something?
OK, so I had hard time breaking tops of the vials i got from India.. Ruined couple, before i did some research and got this $9 tool from amazon. Been smooth sailing since. Gotta be some manufacturing differences. Testoviron i use to get in thailand had a small dot where to push with your thumb and it would snap easily. Whatever vials i get from india, they don't have the dot and they don't break off clean. Not sure if this is helpful to anyone, but.. here it is.

First order for 2026 arrived in 2 weeks. :D

Placing order was a quick process, able to contact and make payment same day. Received tracking a day or few after.

Considerably larger than any previous shipment, in both variety and volume.

Packaging was secure all around and contents within organized with care.

All products have fresh manufacture dates and late 2028 expiration as well.

Very pleased and grateful for another perfect order with @PCT24X7 PHARMACY Thank you! :)

Has anyone had an issue with ordering insulin from here? My concern is, do they store it refrigerated? And it takes about 21-28 days to ship here to USA, so it won’t be refrigerated/cooled during shipping.

Insulin should be stored at 34-46 degrees F for storage or it’s only good at room temperature for approx 28 days
I’ve never had any issues with the insulin ,I’ve gotten multiple humalog pens and they all functioned how they should have and this was during the summer months.
I think the storage constraints for temperature is more critical once the medication has been opened and you start using it.
I also have a few diabetic friends who leave their pens out in ambient room temperature without issue even after they start using the medication.
