Why don’t you tell us about yourself. How long have you been working out, current frequency? What’s your diet looking like? It’ll benefit you to clue us in to your stats, goals, experience level. Basically it can help with any suggestions we send ur way
 
For sure, yeah. I’ve been lifting since I was about 20. I fit into the archetype that got into prohormones as a kid and then just quit taking anything cold turkey. It kinda messed me up, to be honest, haha…had the gyno surgery and quit everything, stayed natty forever until a couple years ago. I guess with age the devil always gets his due I started seeing that I couldn’t go as hard anymore, so yeah, like a lot of people I had to hop on therapy. Since then I’ve just been playing around with peptides and compounds a bit .

My life is always on the go it feels like and I needed to do something to keep up. My goals are really just to stay healthy and feel good. I’m not into bodybuilding at this age I just like lifting heavy and staying healthy.

Yeah man. We’re in the same boat. I was never interested in body building or power lifting, per se, but just enjoyed lifting heavy. There is a powerlifting Subforum if that’s ur thing but it’s not highly active. Regardless though there is plenty of material here to learn from. Look forward to seeing you around
