Wanted to introduce y'all to the greyskull programs. Unlike so many trainers he out spoken about the use of AAS and even has a book about them that is more of an intro for people that know nothing about AAS.

His main program is the greyskull lp. It can be downloaded here

The programs is an extremely good base for younger lifters and for those coming back from injury. But the program is infinitely adjustable and will give most an extremely thorough knowledge of how to add muscle. He also has the following companion manuels that really help round out the program.

After you finish this program, which for many can take up to 2 or 3 years, he recommends you move to either a program based on more advanced principles. His main program for that is his powerbuilding book which is based on dc training principles

His book mastadon does a great job of providing a easy to follow protocol based on the powerbuilding principles

He also has programs for just the average guy who has built a base using the lp program but now just wants to be an athletic all around badass

I normally wouldn't post and link all these programs like this but from looking at logs across many boards most people need to read these books. It will give you a simple program to follow to reach your goals and then how to proceed from there. All his methods are based on the principle of gains in strength=gains in muscle.

Combined with the use of anabolics the programs can pack on muscle like crazy.

I will try to post more about these methods later.

To download the files you must upload a file. Its one download to one upload

Good stuff, nice share.

Linear periodization is great for strength/power development. But the reason you may not see most BB athletes use such programming is due to the fact that the sport is hypertrophy specific.

True and that is where this program shines compared to moat lp programs. The last set is til failure. And dc training is based off the same concept and plenty of pro bbers like dave henry use it along with jason wojo and others.

Instead of killing yourself blasting a muscle one day a week you hit the muscle more then once per week=more growth sessions.

Ill try to post up more about this later tonight.

I'm a S&C coach so you're preaching to the choir bro. Although I personally think Greyskull is a cheap imitation of Wendler 5/3/1. It's a great starting point, especially for those using traditional body part splits.

Actually is was based more on the starting strength porgram as rip was his mentor. What happened was on resets he allowed clients to push the last set til failure, well some of the young guys started asking to reset all the time because they noticed better muscle gains during the reset. Boom gslp was born, now he has tweaked it here and there and he added in the frequency method bodyweight movements and its grown into what it is now.

Wendler is an amazing program also

Here is the document I used to help one of my friends quit being skinny fat, and reach his strength goals. Of course anabolics played a part but overall the program worked beautifully.

It helped him achieve:
a over 500lbs squat
500lbs deadlift
350lbs bench
225lbs standing press
