Grilling over the winter?

What's up guys, would like to hear your thoughts on grilling, (BBQing) during the winter months.
I'm from the northeast part of the Country and last winter we got killed with snow.

Long story short, I've been back working out since March took a while off from injuries. Yet, I love cooking my meat on the grill.
Do any of you guys do the outdoor grilling thing in the winter? Even if it's snowing and you have to shovel out your grill? GOTTA get that PROTEIN!

Looking forward to some creative answers, thanks in advance

Winter, Summer, Spring, Fall
Snow, Rain, Cold...
Those are all things!

But when the winter hits I put up the grill. Too cold (at least where I just moved from. Lots of snow). Plus it gives you something to look forward to on memorial day aka national cook-out day!

Winter is time to bust out the crock pot!*

*None of this applies if you live in Florida, Arizona, South Texas, New Mexico, So. Cal, or you are a redneck.

I grill year round, many times per week..... especially like to grill in the winter cause in florida that is how we roll

Hell yeah, that's what I like to hear! When I was Florida we grilled 3 times a day!

Please don't ask why I came back to Massachusetts, fucking snow sucks

I'm in he northeast and it gets pretty bad up here. I will continue grilling throughout the winter. I'll be making burgers and steaks even if it's 10deg out.

Sounds like a plan Doc! Now all I need to get is a new grill. I've had a Weber for about 12 years, thing was great.
Really don't want to drop between $400 and $600 on another Weber grill.

What do yours suggest? A quick consumer reports search ranked Char - broil pretty damn high.

I have a weber grill that has survived a lot. I've heard many good things about the Char-broil brand though.

Yes, my Weber has lasted great for years, never a problem. I think I'm going to go with the Char-Broil brand though. Quality seems good and I'll save a little coin

Nothing cooks like a Webber. At least in Nor Cal year round. Just dropped $700 on a entry level Genisis.... Fucking best grill I've ever cooked on. Worth every penny. At least until you have to explain to the wife why you spent $700 on a grill. She saw one at Walmart for $59!
