Dennis I tend to eat the same either on or off cycle just add and subtract a meal and or calories for gain or loss, however summertime I'll eat a little leaner and cleaner

i do enjoy the red wine chianti preferably Ruffino / i have a few bottles of Mondavi Opus 1 98 kickin around too, Red wine with a protein rich meal before bed can actually slow the digestion of proteins into the body, or so I have been told

Tilapia!

Also hotsauces and spices help keep it somewhat interesting!

Has anyone tried the cocoa-powder dusted covered almonds from emerald...theyre awesome! (1 oz. = 170 cal)

Spinnach, broccoli rabbe, beans/brown rice....

Anyone ever try bison?

bison is awesome...tried Ostrich once...cooked it like I would any other bird..was aweful-like chewing on leather..should have cooked it like a steak..medium to med rare I am definitly going to try it again though.

I love bison, eat it all the time, yummy!

I tried the ostrich also and way over cooked it too, still ate it, it was expensive, LOL
I have some ostrich jerky which is actually awesome and lean as hell and not that salty. Too bad I picked it up in DC and haven't been able to find it again.

You can also find some turkey jerky! :D Theres brands that have low sodium versions. Jerky makes an awesome snack! How was the ostrich?
