ok i used to be 18 stone i m now 13 stone and i have lost alot fat allthrough diet. I need ur help to lose the remaining fat which is very difficult to go. im am still very fat and i wanted to ask u guys how can i lose the fat off my chest because it still looks like tits, and also my belly. what shall i do iv bought a bike cycle and iv got some clen and i am also dieting low carb. But i dont think the diets working i think i lost alot of muscle. Guys please giv me some expert advice on how to lose fat off my chest and belly. im also doing abit of weights. thanks..
 
well if you don't want to take cutters.... winny , primo. you probably wouldn't want to take DHP. i would do lost of cardio and work out like a beast. you can take clen and T3. also take a lot of protein and work out hard. the clen will make you burn more calories and the T3 will work your motab. if you don't work hard the t3 will start cuting into your muslces.

Work out 5 days a week with cardio for 20 minutes every other day with 2 days off...

Stop eating candy / cakes / cookies / anything with Partially Hydrogenated / Trans Fats in it

No offense, but your 18 stone did not drop to 13 stone - you were probably 14 or 15 with lots of fat around the tricep.

You don't want to stop eating - you want to start eating the right stuff - Carbs in the morning / first meal, gradually getting rid of carbs with your last meal of the day / night being a protein shake with NO CARBS.

Do some research - if you really want to do this the right way use a search engine and do some reading on CKD and you'll be fine.

Pretend you never read this, Andy. Granted, most of it makes little sense, the parts that do make sense are fucking WRONG! Winny and primo have NO, NONE, NOTHING to do with loss of bf, so pretend no one even brought them up.

HOLY FUCK! I just read it again and every piece of advice he gave you is wrong. It's terrible, terrible, terrible advice.
 
ive had to cut after a few bulking cycles, diet diet diet, im sure your already know, also little things that help me, cardio in moring beofre eating, only water first and during, wait to eat after cardio for at least an hour, drinks lots of water, hit cardio up again at night, not to late or will mess up sleep schdule, need 4-5 hours to wind down, at least i do, you may be dizzy in morining, not always fun but this really helps, at least for me, give the morning cardio a try, good luck

How tall are you? Either you are really short or you don't have any muscle. If you have already lost that much than keep doing what you have been doing. Read the training forum.
