my bud is doing a show in a few weeks.... when must he stop taking gh... it is jino.... to be able and let go of the water retention....

dont quote me.. but i think its 1 week out.. maybe 2... just make sure he is hitting the sauna ED that will help speed up that process. Anyway, thats what I think i remember hearing...
