Squat and Bench Reebok Lifters, heeled shoes

Why not deadlift in regular shoes? Its creating more movement, strengthening you more. Then if you ever go into competition you can take the shoes off and use whatever. Wearing regular shoes will only make you stronger during workouts

The story seems so-so to me. So ordinary shoes can create instability and lack of rigidity and stability. And this is additional injury
 
I do compete, and I practice like I play.... all about specificity for me... I utilize deficits and block pulls to increase, decrease rom.
Yes. I am sure that I will use the shoes and equipment in training that we will use in competitions - this is the right step. This will increase our efficiency and affect the result for the better IMHO
