Gym closures

What are you guys doing about potential gym closures? Are you just waiting to start your cycles or running them anyway?

I want to start a small blast but I’m worried the gym will close sometime in the near future.

Im waiting. I will probably wait 6 weeks after being back in the gym before starting too. Get the connective and nervous tissues back up to speed.

I was riding my bike, swimming, running, and doing calisthenics but now I just had gyno surgery done so I'm just waiting for the all clear then I'll restart those. I figured Id work on my aerobic tolerance and mobility while waiting for the gyms to reopen.

There’s no potential gym closings where I am. Except for about 3weeks most things are business as usual

They just shut down all the bars in CA so I'm kind of expecting them to shut the gyms down pretty soon as well.
I Was planning to start a small Test and NPP run come Monday after I donate blood but things are changing daily around this place again

The gyms by me have been closed since March. Was able to get some DBs and I bought an adjustable bench. Pretty much working out in the backyard. Planning on running test soon.

We had everything opened up (almost) and then bars recently got shut down again. Gyms are open now but I’m worried they’re next. Those home workouts just aren’t the same.

Certain counties in Texas are already asking the Governor to reissue the stay-at-home order. I'm not betting against a second closure. So, yeah.. I'm laying low, continuing TRT, enjoying the gym for now, and working on my cardio/running. Staying off most forums because there is so much shit going on that I don't want to engage in the conversations.

I bought a squat rack and a crappy bench a couple of months ago. The gyms here just opened back up but now I'm set up at home. The only thing I'm neglecting is my back because all I can do is pull ups, and hypertrophy sets on a bench instead of a machine isn't nearly as good of money. They're just going to shut the gyms down again anyway

How bad was your gyno? How easily did you get them to do it?

I paid for it out of pocket, so it was very easy to get the surgeon to do it lol.
The gyno was moderate I would say. If I wore a dense shirt with a large logo you wouldn't be able to tell. But basically anything else and you could see it. Compression shirts helped but it was still a bit noticeable even with those on.

The glands plus a little bit of fat filled up one of those urine screening cups each (the ones for employee drug tests for example). I believe it was 29 and 32 grams of tissue by mass, about 100cc and 115cc by volume. I was surprised since my right side looked significantly worse, certainly more than 10%.

The cases in my state are climbing, some days doubling. No word yet, but I can see us falling into closures again as much as I disagree. Our death rate is low, and you can't trust the reported numbers anyways.

So over this stupid crap. You got reports of the cdc counting positive antibody tests into the actual covid number, some here are saying they're double counting too. Anyone can now get tested here, regardless of symptoms.

Yep. Been hearing the same. Double counting, daily testing inflating numbers, etc. It will continue thru November.

It will continue long past November. The virus doesn't give a damn who wins the election. Watch % positive and hospitalizations, they are better indicators. The problems start to get significantly worse when hospital beds run low.

I also don't give a damn and just talking shit. It is what it is.

Potential closings ?!?!?

Gyms in my area shut down back in March lol.

However, lucky me I had a friend who had a complete home gym that donated it to me for some past work I did on his house

Obviously can't lift heavy so it's death reps for me lol
