You know i got to my local gym today and this fuck face and his client spent 45+ minutes on the hack squat.
I don't understand this concept at all. You're using almost no weight.
And at the end i counted at least 10 sets with 0lbs on the the machine. I did my whole leg routine and he still wasn't. Done now its 1 hour since he had this machine. I felt like this fuck was doing it on purpose
So i asked how many sets he had. He gave me a attitude and said "two." I said "great"
This fucking shit boils my britches. I did 9 sets with 15 secs in between and was done.
I felt like saying go play with the resistance bands
