Gyno partial reversal_Raloxifene

Yo!

So I fucked up my last cycle by adding too many andros and too little AIs and SERMs...Long story short I got a lump under my nipple and so I decided to start a SERM cycle. I chose raloxifene due to the benefits it has in comparison to tamoxifene (doesnt lower igf-1). Ill be doing it for 2 months; first weeks at 90mg and tapering down to 60mg with the purpose of significantly diminishing my gyno.

I already know of a friend who has medium-severe gyno and did nolva for couple months and 90% of his gyno disappeared. I know it sounds insane and unbelievable.

I want to know if anybody has had any experiences with this "alternative" to the surgery. Please comments only from testimonies that have experienced and lived this personally, not what "they" say out there,etc.....Cuz I know that most of you will say surgery is the only way out.

Thanks everybody and let me know on your thoughts.
Appreciate the help.

I developed small gyno from using trestolone and desoxy testosterone, even with perfectly balanced E2 (tested at 16 via Labcorp sensitive assay). I used pharma ralox at 120 mg/day and it disappeared, rapidly at first then all gone after about 3 months.

I found most research and studies recommended 60 mg/day but some had success at 120. I chose the more aggressive dose and it worked great for me.

I've always thought surgery was the only way. I've had the surgery. I'd try anything before doing that again. I had a friend who tried 3 months of tamoxifene and he said it significantly reduced his gyno. not sure on his dose. I'd recommend trying anything before the surgery. The recovery sucks

Hey man, thanks for sharing. Makes me very optimistic. I have ralox pharma too, get it at the pharmacy with a fake prescription. Do you think I should go higher on the dose like you did? Did you get any noticeable sides? Oh and were you taking calcium and vitaminD?

Thanks for sharing too bro. I know about the post surgery, wearing a pressure jacket for weeks, not being able to stretch your arms...etc Did you get all your gland removed?

I didn't notice any sides at all from 120mg of ralox. 60mg might be just as effective, but like you, I wanted it gone. I get calcium from dairy foods and take 15,000 iu of D3 per day.

Thanks for sharing again man. Glad it worked out for you.

I ran 40mg nolva ed for around 2 months and it did nothing for the bit of gyno I have. Going to be ordering some ralox after this current cycle and pray it works. Hope it goes well for you mate, make a log outta this. Tbh never heard of anyone running 90mg ed initially, thought 60mg was borderline high.

Shit sucks. Can't raise ur arms, have to sleep sitting up, wearing a tight vest that makes it hard to breathe and be comfortable in just so the swelling doesn't get out of hand and/or develop hematoma

40mg nolva and nothing? Were you on other stuff? I guess it also depends how long you had the gyno for...Apparently if u have gyno from years back, a serm cycle wont do any good, emphasis on "apparently". It will work best if you have a somewhat new gyno.
I've read that 100mgs was sort of the max you could do on ralox, but if im not noticing any changes i will up the dose to 120.
thanks for sharing too, and yes i'll make a post after im done with this cycle. Although it may take a while

Thanks, just read it. Very very interesting although they did 6 months. But you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyways, you think if the study would have been done with ralox it would have had the same results?
Now i'm wondering, how would this process differ if you were to take ralox and nolva ed? Potential greater results or equal.. hm..

Good read, studies like these make me wanna run nolva again, long than 2 months this time though. However, 20mg ed nolva seems a bit to low ..
anyways here is a follow up on ralox studies...

Beneficial effects of raloxifene and tamoxifen in the treatment of pubertal gynecomastia. - PubMed - NCBI

one of the CONCLUSIONs: Inhibition of estrogen receptor action in the breast appears to be safe and effective in reducing persistent pubertal gynecomastia, with a better response to raloxifene than to tamoxifen. Further study is required to determine that this is truly a treatment effect

I would try 40mg everyday for 3 months and see what the results were. if I noticed some decent results I would up it to 60mg for a couple more months if needed. Just what I would do if I had to do it all over again. And they usually never fully remove the glad otherwise u would have an indented chest. gyno can come back but less likely after surgery
