Gyno symptoms with low estrogen??

Sup guys I have 5 cycles under my belt and am currently on test only cycle.

Current cycle

Test E 125mg/Monday/Thursday
HGH 2iu everyday
Adex .5 EOD

Been on this for 5 weeks now and started getting a lump behind my nipple not directly behind but like 9 o’clock

I bumped up my adex to 1mg EOD and started nolvadex at 40mg daily

My blood work came back showing low estrogen so why do I have this lump!

you take way too much adex for this dosage, proper dosage should be way less, if anything on that dose, also if you got gyno then you must take nolva or other drugs, adex does not help much if it is already developed and if anything the rebound of the estrogen will make it worse

everyone’s body is different and how you dose is based on your bloodwork. You say I take to much adex but my bloods show other wise. Maybe to much for you.

Previous cycle I was doing .5mg adex EOD which put my estrogen at 45 and that’s running test E at 500mg/week (had itchy nipples at this dosage and minor lump which all went away with nolvadex)

If you got gyno, yes you’re suppose to take nolvadex, letro, or raloxifene but that doesn’t mean you’re suppose to stop your AI.

AI inhibits aromatization of estrogen but even though you take adex EOD at .5mg that does not guarantee that it won’t aromatized. If however you become aromatized with elevated estrogen then you have to take SERMS.

In this case I took nolvadex. “serm acts as an antagonist and binds to estrogen receptors in breast tissue as receptors are all fully occupied by the serms.” What this means is that the SERMS will bind to estrogen receptors so that your estrogen doesn’t have anything to bind to which then prevents the gyno from happening.

So since I was taking .5mg EOD of adex and still got gyno that means that I was still aromatized and having more estrogen than usual. Which means that I have to up my dosage so it can inhibit aromatization further while adding nolvadex to stop the flooded estrogen from binding to my glands.

What do you mean estrogen rebound will make it worst? What rebound?? Explain.

I just felt the lump today and it seems to be getting smaller. Been on nolvadex 40mg daily and adex 1mg EOD for 2 weeks now. Seems that it takes awhile for the lump to reduce.

I guess I was just expecting it to go away quicker. I’ll stay on this dosage for 2 more weeks and see if it fully recovers

40mg nolva ED is a bit overkill for gyno. You could cut that in half. I’ve prevented it with 10mg twice a week.

But I’ve been on 40mg nolva a day for 2 weeks and the lump is still there behind my nipple. So if 40mg isn’t cutting it what would reducing it to 10mg do?

Just saying.

I have letro and raloxifene being shipped right now. From what I’ve heard raloxifene will destroy gyno with no sides.

If I try everything and I still have the lump then it’s time to visit the doctor and get it checked out. Hopefully it isn’t cancerous. My family has a history of cancer. Fuck.

But honestly I started getting the lumps last cycle and this cycle.

Last cycle after I popped nolvadex for 2 weeks it went away. After PCT the lump completely disappeared

I’m thinking for some reason my body reacts to testosterone much differently now. Weird.

First 3 cycles I ran 500mg test e a week and had no issues.

Could be that this cycle my test is over dose or my adex in under dose.

Never know with these under ground labs

Well at least you know your gear ain't bunk. Anyway, your estrogen levels are non existant. I do not see how you develop gyno with such low levels. Maybe it developed during a past cycle and you only now noticed? It could be a tumor, so good move on your part in getting it checked.

Everyone is different, for me my estrogen can be through the roof and I do not get any estrogenic side effects, but a little tiny DHT caused all my hair to fall off...
