Does this work for anybody else? Natty or on peds, this works for me.

As long as it works for you brother, that's all that matters.

Unless you are an alien, it will work for others.

Epo or eq can help. It worked for strong and ponnies.
 
I'm a reformed endurance junkie, and that's a valuable mental strategy. I used to do it all the time on long hard rides and runs.
