Had a question on filtering..

This seems like a good filter but i CANNOT find a filter paper that is anywhere near .45um..

Anyone use thse? All the 1-use disposable filters are unappealing to me.. Can I just use the filters they give me? it's like 25um... help with anyone whos using these..

im sure ugls dont use disposable ones so wondering how they do it..

disposable are the way to go IMO, no cross-contamination or the risk of improper sterilization. do you have an autoclave? if so it will be cheaper to get these:

disposables are usually fairly safe and as long as you keep under 5psi the bottom piece wont break.
