Since Halotestin (I'm assuming this is what you're talking about, unless I've missed the boat on something new here) is an oral, you don't need to "brew" it. You just take the raw product and cap it, all there really is to it. Here's a link to a site (I'm sure its been posted here before somewhere) that has some good info on how to cap all of it with a pretty high degree of accuracy (though you don't necessarily have to do it this way.)
