{Hammer Anabolics} {Test E} {LC\MS bloods}

Finally got my damn blood work back. This is after 8 pins of Hammers Test E at 500mg per week. I was a little late as the bloods were taken about 40 hrs after last pin, didn't have a choice. Had a cycle planned to start in the next 2 weeks but obviously that won't be happening because I'm apparently on my way to cirrhosis of the liver. Ladies and gentleman, there you see the effects of the previous aggressive Superdrol, tren cycle. (5 weeks before starting using hammers test e). I started using letro to stop the gyno which explains the estro levels. Starting to go down so those levels should be back to normal soon. What's funny is I don't feel the effects of the low estro that I normally do. Anyways, I know this is the wrong section but if anyone has any advice on getting my liver values down it would be greatly appreciated.

Just to inform I do not consider 500mg of test a week a cycle for me. I usually run 2 cycles together with this as a bridge and then come off and recover, blast and cruise. To explain why I'm not referring to this as "on cycle"

Well, The good news is you aren't on the way to cirrhosis. Your bilirubin is in normal range. Once you are off the orals for a few weeks, your levels should slide back into range nicely. Providing of course, you don't drink like a fish..

I can't believe you don't have low estro symptoms with that number. The only thing I can say about the liver values is stay away from orals, alcohol for a bit. I'm sure you'll be fine, just keep an eye on it.

I probably drink about 2 beers every night. Never excessive. So cutting out even that small amount should help? And as far as injectables... Would coming off the test make the liver values drop quicker or will I be alright staying on 500mg, cutting out the alcohol, and throwing in some liver support supps?

Cutting out all alcohol, Stay on the Test and liver support supps shouldn't make any difference. Some guys say they do, but those supps have been debunked by the best in the biz. If it makes you feel better to take them by all means, but your best friend here is your own body.. Rejuvenation my friend...

Also, if you ever want to know when you are in serious liver failure, look at your Bilirubin levels along with ALT/AST. If the bilirubin levels are outta whack, you have a problem...

I wasn't familiar with Bilirubin but I looked it up as soon as you mentioned it. Definitely helps to know that. Sti completely unsure of what it's actual function is though... @CeymoreButtz

For our purposes (because this can get a bit complicated) we do not want an elevated direct bilirubin accompanied by elevated liver enzymes. Total Bilirubin is a combination of Direct and In-Direct Bilirubin.

We can determine that if the bilirubin is not elevated with elevated enzymes, the liver is not in failure, rather the enzymes are elevated due to the stress it is under to filter the contaminants you have added to your body.

This is best explained in a post by Doctor Jim I believe last year...
