Switched from a generic (had been on 3 iu's for 3 months) to a pharm grade (Also at 3 iu's now for 2 weeks) and my hands are going near numb at night then in the morning they start to feel a little better. I though it might be water retention, been taking this natural water away stuff but isn't really helping.

Any idea's what to do besides scaling back dose?

May sound dumb but does it help to sleep with your arms extended? I have a problem with hand numbness and I have to sleep sprawled out

Same problem as you. I started a thread on this a week ago and the only thing to do is lower the dose.

I went from 3iu to 2iu and it's been better.

Pretty typical of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome fella, and as Mands suggested there's not much you can do except lower the dose and SLOWLY increase it. The fact is, for some CTS prevents supra-therapeutic GH dosing, absent surgery, and I was one of them.

If it persists surgery is often curative, yet another measure is the use of a "functional splint" primarily at night. Ask your Doc for a referral to OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE who work alongside, and in conjunction with physical therapists.

This type of referral is important bc in this instance the splint is specifically fabricated to fit YOU. To that end I wouldnt waste my time at a local JIMS sporting goods store or even Dr Jims cousin sporting store :) .

You will often end up with something that costs $50 bucks, that wont fit, work, and can even worsen your symptoms!

I couldn't tolerate anything above 2IU/Day myself. Life is great at 2/Day for me. As soon as I try anything above that, the pinky finger and ring finger numb up (Symptomatic of ulnar nerve compression)

And are you guys who are experiencing difficulties at 2-4+ IU running pharma HGH?

I keep hearing of folks running 8iu+ a day of non pharma HGH and have to assume that they must be pinning shit product to be able to take in that amount without drastic sides.

Edit: or they have an ability to take those levels...... But really only hear about such amounts from non pharma product

Why does the ulnar nerve compression occur?

I've been getting this same symptom from my CJC-1295 DAC. My pinky and ring finger go numbish and I get pins and needles that run up that side of the forearm. Happens minutes after a shot.

Yes, you can't do much about it.
I take 15 IU HGH daily and its for me the same as if I take 10 IU HGH.
I can't sleep anymore on my side. In a few minutes if I do so, both arms and hands get nub!
Can only sleep when I am laying on my back!
But that is all okay! I make really really good progress and it's absolutely worth it!

Take your thumb and touch tip of your pinky finger then move on to the next finger and so on, this will get blood flowing back to your hands and fingers. I have ms and hands always going numb on and off and this is what I was told to get feeling back and to make hands stronger!

Google Carpal Tunnel remedies fella but when the CAUSATIVE AGENT is readily identifiable the solution is simple and MEDICALLY VERIFIABLE!

Either reduce the dosage or eliminate the responsible agent (drug) entirely! Why is this so difficult to understand and ACCEPT!

Anything else is folklore or broscience bc rest assured medical science has been dealing with this adverse effect of GH en=mass A LOT longer than bro's have, AND those proven worthwhile therapies have already been mentioned, or did I or someone else fail to mention B-12 shots, the ketogenic diet or the use of "Birth Control Pill".

If a pill you're taking on an elective basis makes YOU puke every time you take it, do you ask the doc for an antiemetic (rectal suppository), drink less water, purchase a larger puke basin, request an NG tube be inserted, or do you simply cease taking the drug!

Any four year old KNOWS the answer, stop taking the drug UNLESS you like puking, lol!

Whoa! There's no room for common sense around here. This is the land of "more is better" and bro science. :p

Jim, wouldn't you recommend at-home acupuncture for his numbness? I would sterilize your finger tips and gently slide in 20g or so needles to relieve the pressure. Keep the needles in for a few minutes, then pull them out. Repeat this process daily. I have heard it's more effective to trim your nails very short and to actually poke the nail bed with the needles.

You can also try splitting the dose. I use 2IUs, three times a day for a total of 6IUs (hyges) and it seems to help some. I still have the CTS, but not as bad.

I have raised my dose to 5IU all in one shot before bed. I have to report that side effect have diminished since I started. Before even at 3IU hands would go numb etc. While waking up for few hours couldn't play computer games because the fingers on my right hand would go numb... So numb that I couldn't tell if I was clicking the mouse or not Ahahha

It slowly went away... I have to say that since I started tren it seems it's less prominent. Arms and hands can still go numb but very rarely and I really need to sleep on it or have a position that restrict the blood flow.

Don't know if there is any correlation with the tren or if it's because I'm gettin leaner and so less water weight and so maybe less pressure on the nerves.

What I can tell is that I feel great and not having any bad side effect like before.

Could be that the HGH is bunk, but I bought 1000IU all together and I'm like using vials from different boxes so unless it's all bunk (I don't think so) maybe the body get accustomed to the HGH doses after q while.

I did ramp It up slowly and the biggest jump was only from 4IU to 5IU.

I still have another 4months left of it. Let's see how it goes.
