Happy New Years folks,
Been back into lifting for a while now after spending about 2 years going the strictly cardio route (running). Yeah, it's great not getting winded shovelling the Canadian snow, but I missed challenging myself, pushing myself with weights. I got a half-Squat rack in my basement, I'm a family guy, in my 40's now (yikes) but I treasure my time down in my basement.
Been 4-5 years since I supplemented, was a member of a Canadian Board that seems to have gone extinct. Anyways, I hope to enjoy this forum, not just as a lurker anymore. Cheers.
