Has an increase from 125 to 175 TRT fucked my sleep? Or is it something else?

I increased my TRT dose from 125 to 175 per week, and now my sleep is messed up. I wake up every night around 5 am on the dot. Sometimes I wake up twice.
Otherwise I'm in a really good place in life. Gf moving in with me, got a new job (pays well), doing well financially, recently hit PRs. There's no reason I can think of that would keep me up an night.

Code:
Bloods 125:
Testosterone 664 ng/dL
E2 25.4 pg/mL
Prolactin 22.5 μg/L
S-SHBG 15 nmol/L

Bloods 175:
Testosterone 692 ng/dL
E2 28.7 pg/mL
Prolactin 20.5 μg/L
SHBG 13 nmol/L

My doc uses 0-28 as ref range for E2. So apparently I'm out of range.

No other changes to diet, stimulant intake, sleep schedule etc? Do you want up and need to pee? Do you wake up and stay up or fall back asleep?

No change to diet, no. Everything is the same. Same sleep schedule. Same job. Same bed.

No correlation with having to pee. Sometimes I can pee, but most of the time no.

I fall back asleep most of the time. But if I'm unlucky I will be awake from 5 to 7 when my alarm goes off.

I sleep like garbage when I’m blasting, but on normal TRT I sleep great! I would think if it were the slight increase in your test dosage it should normalize out for you soon. Low test makes ppl sleep like shit also, a high normal and you’d probably sleep better I would think. It’s just your body getting used to it, that’s my guess anyways

Thanks.
Do you feel like your body gets used to higher levels of steroids like that? Say I'm blasting 500 mg. My sleep will be exactly the same garbage for the whole cycle.
On my first cycle I slept great. But now I sleep like shit on any blast.
I'm just surpsied 50mg increase is enough to fuck with my sleep. I've attributed it to the nervous system being "on alert" from the increased androgen activity. But I could be wrong.

My experience is that the body adapts to the new normal over some time. In some months usually. If you are constantly adjusting the doses, your body might not have enough time to adapt. Like sleeping in a noisy place with earplugs, at first you think it is the noise wrecking your sleep and then you think it is the earplugs. And after few months you can't get sleep without some background noise.

Personally I think most (note: MOST not ALL) posts here about psychological and mental effects of AAS are 99% psychosomatic. The more people talk about it, the more people think about it and start to make connections and correlations when there simply are none.

I dont see any difference between 125mg and 175mg in your hormone panel, but there should be.

Lower shbg allows more free test which means more is unbound - folks say, oh, that means it is available to use to make me Mr. Olympia, but what it really means is that it is available to metabolize, so aromatase converts it to e2, hence the higher e2 number in addition to the higher test number.

Yes. I'm convinced that any and all aas disrupt normal sleep patterns....some worse than others.
Yep completely agree with this. On nand and tren I barely slept at all.

On 500mg of test I slept somewhat okay.

On 175mg of test my sleep is better than it has been since I started taking AAS.

I think it’s unavoidable tbh.

Test and e2 both higher. prolactin and SHBG both lower.
These changes are so small, look at the total T there is almost no change at all, but he just increased his dose by 1/3rd and still the same numbers. Something is weird here.

Yes. I'm disappointed in my bloods. I'm going to take them again at a different time in my pinning schedule.
They were both drawn Friday around lunch. While pin was Thursday night

When I went from 200 -> 300mg a week, my sleep got absolutely massacred. Dropped down to a more TRT like 120mg a week now and sleeping amazing.

Well, yeah, if more is free due to lower SHBG, and more is converting, meaning the higher E2, then the testosterone level is not going to be proportionately higher, but just a little higher. Looks pretty normal and expected to me, nothing weird here.

All of these things interact.

And keep in mind we do not have a complete picture. Free test is not even in those numbers.
