Has anybody got PIP or had issues with QSC’s oils?

Pip varies person to person. Number 1 is don't buy high concentration gear. Saving $5 isn't worth it.

If you have allergies, and react bad to something, try a different carrier oil. Grape seed, MCT, cotton seed, etc

IME not being allergic to much, the amount of benzyl alcohol has more to do with pip than anything else in a reasonable concentration. BA is necessary to stop microbial growth, but many UGL will increase the amount of BA to cover for less sanitary practices. IE mold, bacteria, etc.

For me, 4% BA is a real PIP pain that will mostly subside. 2% is like butter. Since this is just a thought experiment, if you get slight PIP, it will probably not happen anymore in 2-3 weeks. If you get severe PIP, try a new source. Gear is so cheap now, finding the cheapest source means very little to your wallet.
